Return Policy for Our Shih Tzu Puppies...

 

 

Because we realize and understand that circumstances can change, or a puppy/Dog is not always a "Good Fit", we have created a return policy.

 

We Will always take a Puppy/Dog back and try to place it in a new home at any time throughout its life. I won't buy my dogs back. They absolutely always have a home with me, but I think it's a ridiculous notion for someone to think that I'm going to pay them for a dog that I produced. And especially given the amount of money that I'll have to put into the animal to re-home it (because there's no way I won't without ensuring that it's 100% healthy), the amount of time in screening new homes, and not to mention that it's 1,000 times harder to place adults than it is to place puppies.

It is also written into my contracts that the dog may not be transferred without my consent either. I do this to keep track of them, to make sure that they always have a good home and that their new family has the opportunity to return the dog to me if they should ever need it.

Due to new regulations by USDA AWA, Puppies that are over the age of 12 weeks must have Proof of Vaccination including Rabies. Male puppies must be certified Brucellosis Free and have a current Health Certificate from your Vet before we can accept them.
