Deposit Information

By doing a deposit of 1/4th the purchase price on one of our pups, will guarantee you either first choice, second choice etc... depending on the time we receive your deposit and the number of Pups still availalbe in the litter. It allows you more of a choice because we do speak to a lot of potential buyers and for the most part our pups are reserved in advance of them being old enough to go home. Potential buyer's are allowed to handle our pups after they have received their first puppy shots. Any deposit made will go toward the pups total price. If you prefer to make payments in between your pups pick up date you can do that, but it is not required. Deposits can be made either with me in person or by paypal or mail. Deposits are non-refundable!! No exceptions will be made because of us holding your puppy and possibly turning away other potential buyers. Sometimes emergencies come up, work related problems, family etc..happen, and if you are not ready for your puppy when the agreed upon pick up date is set, then I will Hold your pup for you for up to an additional 30 days IF your pup has been paid for in full. If you have not paid for your pup in full by the agreed upon pick up date We will still hold your pup for an additional 7 days, after which your deposit will be forfieted and the pup will be made available for purchase to another buyer. *Other arrangements may be made at the descretion of the seller on a case by case basis. Furthermore depending on the situation  additional charges may apply for the extended stay. (IE length of time, medical care etc. needed in the interim) to help off-set the additional costs of boarding. The Terms set above are non-negotiable.
